Essential Functions:Support with review and implementation of digital systems to support the operation of the Paint Shop Collaborate with existing teams to develop solutions that improve operational transparency and visibilityCreate and enhance Power BI and Ignition visualizations for production and business processesDevelop reporting and visualization tools for cost, cycle time, fault, OEE, and quality metricsSupport digitalization initiatives that improve process monitoring and decision-makingAssist with the implementation and evaluation of AI-supported tools and systems within Paint Shop operations Other Regular Daily Tasks: Participation in daily status reviews, strategy meetings and workshopsParticipation in preparation for management presentations and walk throughsParticipation in shop walks and Continuous Improvement activitiesQualifikationenEducation, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position. Education: Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
