As a DevOps Engineer, you'll leverage AWS, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps practices to build scalable, reliable cloud environments. This team prioritizes automation, continuous improvement, and solving systemic problems rather than applying temporary fixes. You'll have the autonomy to make an impact, with the support of collaborative leaders and colleagues every step of the way. Required Skills & Experience At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role Hands-on experience of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, and Helm Strong understanding of DevOps/SDCL principles with the ability to take ownership of projects Experience with AWS and its core services such as ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, and Lambda Experience with CI/CD technologies such as AWS CodePipeline, Spacelift, and CircleCI Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes Proven track record of strong project management skills Desired Skills & Experience Exceptional cross-collaborative skills What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown AWS - Major Services Terraform / Open Tofu / Spacelift ECS & EKS / Kubernetes / Helm Cloudflare / Datadog / Wiz / Circle CI / Artillery / Github & GH Copilot / Infisical / Lens / Linear / Pagerduty / Gemini Daily Responsibilities Support, maintain, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of (CI/CD) pipelines Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and troubleshoot operational issues Partner with engineering teams to enhance application performance, availability, and scalability Implement and uphold cloud security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows Contribute to high-quality software delivery through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and thorough documentation Execute operational procedures, including runbooks, routine maintenance, and production deployments, with accuracy and reliability Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support production systems and incident response The Offer Bonus eligible You Will Receive The Following Benefits Robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with substantial employer contributions Generous PTO, paid holidays, and family-friendly parental leave benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Clear pathways for merit-based promotions and career progression Access to continuous learning, professional development, and skills training programs Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
