Senior Full-Stack Developer — Project Ownership

Company: Codify Innovations Technologies LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-time Monthly salary package: AED 6,000–10,000, including fixed allowances, depending on relevant experience Primary technology stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, and Prisma. Candidates should have practical experience building and deploying full-stack applications, integrating REST APIs and webhooks, implementing authentication and permissions, and working with Git/GitHub. Strongly preferred: React Native/Expo, Android and iOS release experience, Vercel, Supabase, and data migration or import workflows. Additional advantages: WordPress/WooCommerce custom development, PHP, Zoho APIs, and Deluge scripting. We prioritise demonstrated ownership of production projects over familiarity with every listed tool. Codify delivers web and mobile applications, business-system integrations, and migration projects for clients. We are hiring an experienced full-stack developer to join our core team in Dubai and take ownership of technical delivery. You will work directly with the founder, build and maintain applications, and help establish the development practices our growing team will use. What you will do Turn agreed client requirements into practical technical plans and estimates.Develop and maintain frontend applications, backend services, databases, and integrations.Own technical delivery from planning through testing, deployment, and post-launch fixes.Identify unclear requirements, technical risks, and scope changes early.Provide clear progress updates and participate in technical client discussions.Maintain readable code, documentation, and reliable release processes.Help review and mentor additional developers as the team expands. What we are looking for Typically 5+ years of relevant professional development experience, with demonstrated independent project delivery.Strong practical experience in our primary technology stack.At least two production projects you can explain in detail, including your personal contribution.Experience with APIs, databases, authentication, Git, testing, and deployment.Ability to estimate work, troubleshoot problems, and communicate trade-offs clearly.Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai. Useful additional experience Working in a software agency or consultancy.Shipping mobile applications using Flutter or React Native.Data migrations, Zoho integrations, or other business-system integrations.Reviewing code or mentoring developers.You do not need experience in every additional area.
