The innovation and imagination behind Louboutin's mesmerizing shoes have established him as one of the world's most visionary and important shoemakers. We're hiring an Ecommerce Coordinator in our Sydney CBD head office. You'll help run our online business day to day, from our own website to our third party platform listings, and keep every page to the brand standard our customers expect. Reporting to the Omnichannel Manager, you'll work closely with our retail and customer service teams, as well as our global teams. This role will grow with the business, so your duties will shift as the team does. Key duties and responsibilities: Keep product listings on our website and third party platforms accurate, including copy, imagery, pricing and categories.Update the website for campaigns, product launches and seasonal changes, working with the local and global team.Allocate online orders and work with stores to resolve quality issues.Monitor site health and fix problems such as broken links, pricing errors and stock display issues.Track sales performance across our website and platform partners, and flag trends to the Omnichannel Manager.Prepare weekly trading reports covering traffic, conversion and revenue.Set up and send CRM campaigns from the Global CRM team, adapting them for the local market.Support digital campaigns with our agency partners and internal team.Help the Omnichannel Manager find ways to improve digital operations.Support projects across ecommerce, CRM and customer experience as priorities change.Provide back-up support to the Customer Service function as needed. The ideal candidate will: Have 1 to 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising or online trading, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.Have hands on experience with an ecommerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Pay close attention to detail and have a good eye for product presentation.Read performance data confidently, including Google Analytics, and turn it into clear reports.Manage several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines.Communicate clearly with colleagues in Australia and our global teams.Have a genuine interest in luxury fashion and the Christian Louboutin brand.
