Mroads is looking for an "Lead/Mid-Level DevOps Engineer" for one of our direct clients in Bogota, Colombia. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and enterprise DevOps initiatives.Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar DevOps platforms.Hands-on experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.Experience implementing cloud-native deployment strategies and infrastructure automation.Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and microservices architecture.Experience supporting event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.Familiarity with MongoDB, NoSQL databases, WebSockets, and GraphQL integrations.Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
