Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a DevOps Engineer in the data platform team at Rockland Tech Hub.
The DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure supporting data pipelines and analytics platforms, using infrastructure-as-code practices for consistency and scalability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CI pipelines, automating deployments, monitoring system health, and collaborating with data engineers and software developers to ensure reliable, secure data workflows.
The role also involves system administration on Linux environments, performance tuning, incident response, and continuous improvement of observability, security, and operational processes.
The engineer will contribute to documentation, participate in code reviews, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize development, testing, and release cycles.
Qualifications
