IT-Digital Product Support Accountabilities & Key Roles: • Develop, maintain, and support digital applications within the bank's IT infrastructure. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new application solutions. • Ensure applications are running efficiently and troubleshoot any issues that arise. • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience. • Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security protocols. • Provide technical support and training to end-users on application functionalities and updates. • Participate in the development of digital product strategies and roadmaps. • Document application configurations, procedures, and user manuals. Key Performance Indicators: • Timeliness and accuracy of application development and support activities. • User satisfaction and feedback regarding application usability and functionality. • Number of incidents resolved within agreed service levels. • Application uptime and performance metrics. • Compliance with IT policies and security standards. • Successful implementation of application upgrades and enhancements. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in application development and support within a financial services environment. Competencies: • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. • Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle. • Knowledge of digital banking products and platforms. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
