Your mission:Join us in disrupting post-trade processing in the over-the-counter (OTC) energy trading market. As a Software Developer with a passion for coding, you will be a key member in a small dev team creating a highly interactive, event-driven product What you’ll do: The Senior Software Developer plays an important part in our company’s product development lifecycle. Working within a small Agile dev team, you will work closely with developers and product managers to design, plan and implement product and platform features Build high-quality, clean, scalable code by promoting best software engineering patterns, practices, processes and architectureWork with product managers to understand and adapt requirements Own implementation from design through test automation and documentationDesign schema and interfaces that are simple and allow customers to use features and API’s to meet their specific needsDeliver rapid iterations of software based on feedback and metricsDesign and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suiteContribute to the architecture and design of the software framework, specific features and cloud infrastructure.Contribute to the adoption of frameworks, standards, and new technologiesWho you are:Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with RESTful APIs and schema designExperience updating sophisticated enterprise-scale servicesBackend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWSComfortable with a customer-focused, high-paced environmentWell-versed in Agile methodology and experience in software development lifecycleExcellent communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teamsGood written and spoken English language skills Don't match every single requirement?
