ASMのR&D拠点（多摩）に設置されたPEALD、PECVDなど最先端半導体製造装置の安定稼働を支えるポジションです。新製品開発に使用される装置の保守・改造・トラブルシューティングを担当し、プロセスエンジニア、設計エンジニア、Global Product Support（GPS）チームと密接に連携しながら開発活動を支援いただきます。顧客工場ではなく、ASMの開発拠点内で装置と向き合いながら専門性を高められる環境です。■主な業務内容・半導体製造装置の設置、立ち上げ、改造、保守メンテナンス・PEALD、PECVDなどR&D装置の安定稼働管理・装置トラブル発生時の原因解析（RCA）およびトラブルシューティング・新製品・新モジュール導入時の評価、テスト、立ち上げ支援・プロセスチーム、設計チーム、GPSチームとの技術連携・真空系、ガス供給系、RFプラズマ関連システムの保守・改善・予防保全活動および改善活動の推進・作業手順書、保守ドキュメントの作成および更新・安全基準に基づく設備管理およびオペレーション支援 【必須（MUST）】 ・大学卒業以上（機械工学、電気電子工学、化学工学、物理系など理工系学科歓迎）・半導体業界における装置保守、設備技術、プロセス、開発エンジニア等の経験・半導体製造装置のメンテナンスまたはトラブルシューティング経験・真空、ガス供給システム、装置制御に関する基礎知識・日本語での技術的コミュニケーション能力・英語による技術文書の読解能力（目安：TOEIC600点程度） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・PEALD、ALD、PECVD、CVDなど成膜装置の経験・Field Service Engineer経験・半導体メーカーでのEquipment Engineer経験・RFプラズマシステムに関する知識・電気制御、PLC、ロボティクス関連知識・クリーンルーム環境での業務経験・Root Cause Analysis（RCA）の実務経験・新規設備立ち上げや新製品開発支援経験・プロセスエンジニアまたは設計エンジニアとしての経験 【その他】 ■ポジションの魅力・外資系半導体製造装置メーカーの中でも、日本に大規模な研究開発拠点を持つASMで働ける・顧客サイト常駐ではなく、多摩のR&D拠点で最先端装置開発に携われる・PEALD、PECVDなど最先端成膜技術に関する深い知見が身につく・設計、プロセス、GPSなど多様な技術チームと協働できる・将来的にはDongtanやGPSなどへのキャリア拡大も可能・出張ほぼなし（本人希望がない限り基本なし）・平均残業20時間程度Apply today to be part of what’s next.
