AEM Java Backend Developer

Job Opportunity: Java Backend Developer (AEM) Location: Kraków, hybrid model (6 office days per month) Type of contract: B2B English: B2+ Role Overview We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join a delivery team that builds and evolves customer-facing websites and campaign pages on Adobe Experience Manager. You will design and implement services on the AEM stack and take ownership of your part of the solution from technical design to release. A large share of the current work is modernising existing functionality and moving it onto an OSGi-based architecture with Sling and JCR, with a strong focus on scalability, security and maintainability. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed technical designs and implement AEM-based services for public websites and campaign messagingBuild and extend AEM components and the back-end logic behind them in JavaMigrate and modernise existing features onto an OSGi architecture, working with Sling and JCRDevelop and integrate REST servicesCover code with unit tests using JUnit and AEM Mocks, and keep quality high with SonarQubeEnhance and support existing digital capabilitiesCoordinate with other teams throughout delivery Requirements: Very good, commercial knowledge of JavaAt least 2 years of experience developing on AEMPractical experience with Apache Sling, OSGi and JCRExperience building and consuming REST servicesUnit testing with JUnit and AEM MocksWorking knowledge of Maven, Git and SonarQubeFamiliarity with HTML5, CSS and JavaScriptExcellent verbal and written communication skills What we offer: B2B contract.Private medical care, life insurance, and access to Multisport card.Stable, long-term projects with full-time employment.
