Standards and regulations for a new energy vehicles are evolving rapidly. Within this dynamic environment, Mercedes-Benz continues to expand its high-voltage system and component development capabilities in China. While series production of BEVs is already in full operation, new electric vehicle projects require further localization and development.The High-Voltage team is responsible for the local development and validation of components and systems at component, system, and vehicle levels. A key focus area is the overall EMC performance, high-voltage power network. This includes specification, validation, and issue analysis of components and systems.Cross department component (e.g. Battery, EDU, OBC/DCDC, TCU,ADAS) EMC requirement defines review and confirmOverall vehicle EMC and HVPN releaseLead MB China working group for EMC and Powernet standardizationAdjustment of RD China work scope with High Voltage System department (RD/EC) for EMC and HV powernetCoordination work with BBAC engineering departmentAlignment of vehicle level requirementsAdjustment work according to part development Qualifikationen Qualifications:Solid fundamental knowledge of EMC (e.g.battery , EDU, OBC/DCDC, ADAS) , and high-voltage power networks, with strong hands-on experience.Basic knowledge of vehicle high-voltage systems and components (e.g., battery systems, charging systems).Familiarity with measurement and diagnostic equipment such as spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and VNA is required.Experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., CANoe, CANape, DTS Monaco) is preferred.Strong project management skills, including planning and organizational capabilities.Native-level Chinese with fluent English; German language skills are a plus.Strong intercultural competence and communication skills across different hierarchy levels.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Valid driving license.
