It is ideal for professionals who can translate business requirements into effective validation strategies and scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities ✅ Business Analysis & Requirements ManagementAnalyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, validation strategies, and automation solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors to clarify requirements.Understand business processes, identify gaps, and support effective issue resolution.✅ Test AutomationDevelop and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation frameworks.Apply industry-standard automation tools and technologies.Improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and overall product quality.Support continuous testing and automation within CI/CD pipelines.✅ Application ValidationValidate applications supporting automotive aftersales processes across:Web applicationsDesktop applicationsMobile applicationsBackend systems and servicesCustomer-facing digital solutions✅ Testing & Quality AssurancePerform and support:Functional TestingRegression TestingIntegration TestingEnd-to-End TestingApplication and Release Validation✅ External Team CoordinationCoordinate with external automation and validation teams.Monitor quality, delivery schedules, and adherence to testing standards.Review testing outcomes and follow up on identified issues.Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and vendors.✅ Quality Metrics & Continuous ImprovementTrack test coverage, quality metrics, automation progress, and validation status.Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and automation effectiveness.Support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous quality initiatives.
