WE’RE HIRING | ENGINEERING MANAGER
TechGaun is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support our engineering team and help deliver reliable, impactful digital products.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor the engineering team
• Drive technical decisions and engineering practices
• Plan workloads, priorities, and release delivery
• Coordinate development, code review, testing, and releases
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Support collaboration across our distributed engineering team
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading or managing an engineering team
• Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and code quality
• Experience with project delivery, release cycles, code reviews, and mentoring
• Strong technical decision-making and communication skills
• Familiarity with React Native, Node.js, Python, Laravel, React/Next.js, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
