Now we need one more colleague. A human one, with strong opinions about clean code. What you'll buildThe engine behind every reply. A message comes in, the right colleague picks it up, and a thoughtful answer streams back in real time. That means queues, retries, and the guardrails that stop an agent from getting creative on a production server.70+ integrations, from Exact Online and Shopify to Microsoft 365. Every credential is encrypted and scoped per colleague.Approval flows that make sure a human signs off before an agent touches anything important.Knowledge and grounding. When a digital colleague says something about your company, it can show where it read that.Flows, dashboards and a public API, so customers can build their workspace from their own tools too.Next up: voice calls with your digital colleagues. Nothing goes in without static analysis and tests, including browser tests.We ship small and often, and we measure before we optimize.We use AI tools while we code, lots of them. You tell them what to do, not the other way around. You'll feel at home here if…You've spent 5+ years building web applications that run in production, and got paged at least once for something you're now proud to have fixed.You're strongest on the backend (a modern PHP framework feels like home), and TypeScript on the frontend doesn't scare you.You know queues aren't magic, jobs can run twice, and idempotency is a love language.You twitch a little when you see an N+1 query.You know why a test can be green on your laptop and on fire in production.You think about security and privacy before anyone asks. Our colleagues touch real customer systems, and we take that seriously.You write code the next person can follow at 3 am. Boring beats clever. Bonus points if you've worked with LLMs, tool calling, or embeddings. Also, if you've built multi-tenant SaaS, or survived an integration whose API docs were, let's say, aspirational.
