Role Description The Founding Backend & Integrations Engineer - Automotive Commerce is a full-time, on-site role based in Poznan.
This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services that power Narell’s transaction infrastructure.
Day-to-day work includes developing APIs, integrating with dealer systems and third-party providers, ensuring data reliability and security, and optimizing system performance.
The engineer collaborates closely with product and frontend teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues in production, and refine workflows for automotive retail partners.
This role also contributes to technical architecture decisions, documentation, and best practices as part of a small founding engineering team.
Qualifications
