About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building dynamic web applications. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is required to ensure robust and secure solutions. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices aligned with OWASP standards is crucial. Familiarity with working on IIS environments and integrating RESTful APIs will be beneficial. Additionally, exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to development challenges.
