Key responsibilities: Lead the React build for Drops 3, 4 and 5 and the front-end hardening across Drops 1 and 2. Set component structure, state management and front-end coding standards; review the offshore front-end engineers' work. Build the dynamic task and form rendering that sits over the task-management data model. Work with UX to close accessibility, performance and error-state gaps. Drive front-end automation and Definition of Done with QA. Essential skills and experience Eight years or more front-end engineering, with deep React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript. Experience leading a front-end team and setting standards, not just building. Comfort with dynamic, config-driven UI rendering and complex form logic. Onsite lead presence; able to unblock offshore engineers across time zones. Desirable Design-system implementation experience. Exposure to migrating UI off a low-code platform.
