About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our high-impact team responsible for leading RBC’s call centre and branch technology transformation. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing intelligent, conversational systems and full-stack applications that enhance client engagement across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will help power innovative technology solutions, drive growth, and improve overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for building secure, well-tested, and scalable digital solutions, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and contribute to ongoing enterprise projects, ensuring seamless integration into RBC’s operational procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field3+ years of software development experience, including cloud services, microservices, and data analysisHands-on experience with API integration and cloud-based servicesProficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or AngularServer-side development experience with Node.js, Java, or PythonExperience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT and OpenAI, conversational design best practices, NLP for unstructured data mining, incident handling, and observability techniques.
