Requirements An intermediate software engineer is expected to independently be able to translate business requirements into production ready code and supporting the planning process. Intermediate engineers must be able to assist junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Feature Development & Maintenance: Building new application features while optimizing and maintaining existing codebasesCode Quality & Reviews: Enforcing industry standards by writing clean, efficient code and reviewing peers' pull requests to maintain high-quality deliverables. Ensures services are monitored adequatelyArchitecture & Design: Participating in the research, system design, and implementation of architectural decisions into production codeTroubleshooting: Independently diagnosing system bugs, analyzing technical limitations, and deploying effective fixes.
