About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with hands-on AI/Generative AI experience to join our technology team in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have strong backend development skills in Python and practical experience building or integrating AI/ML and LLM-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.Build REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into applications.Work with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.Integrate AI/LLM APIs into enterprise applications.Develop data processing and AI/ML pipelines.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams.Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.Deploy applications using cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.Required Skills
3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.Strong knowledge of Python, OOP, data structures, and API development.Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.Practical experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.Good understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and embeddings.Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Good understanding of Git and software development practices.Good to Have
