Description

We’re looking for a PHP / Laravel Developer to join a small, established development team within a growing organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years of commercial development experience who has solid PHP fundamentals and hands-on experience with Laravel or Symfony. You don’t need to be an exceptionally senior developer, but you should be capable of getting up to speed quickly, working with an existing codebase and contributing without significant hand-holding. The development team is increasingly embracing AI-assisted software development, particularly Claude Code and Anthropic models, so we're interested in developers who are comfortable using AI to increase productivity while still being able to understand, review and challenge the code being produced. The role offers hybrid working, with two days per week in the Hadleigh office and three days from home.
