Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area.
The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software systems that support futures trading operations and internal business processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, optimizing application performance and reliability, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture and design discussions.
The Software Engineer will work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and deliver a secure, high-quality user experience.
Qualifications:
CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails: Deep understanding of Rails framework, MVC architecture, ORM (ActiveRecord), and Ruby language nuances.
