Python Developer (Backend)

Role Overview We are seeking two talented Backend Developers – Python to join our growing team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the back-end systems and applications that power our clients' digital solutions. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back-end systems and applications using Python · Collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to implement features and ensure seamless system functionality · Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices · Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services · Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability · Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve back-end issues in a timely manner · Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes · Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development Requirements & Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field · 2+ years of experience in back-end development with Python · Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) · Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases · Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration · Familiarity with version control systems such as Git · Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing and CI/CD · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) · Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes · Understanding of message queues and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ) · Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies What We Offer · Opportunity to work on innovative IT solutions with a passionate and collaborative team · A dynamic, growth-oriented work environment · Competitive salary and benefits · Continuous learning and professional development opportunities · The chance to contribute meaningfully to client success and business growth How to Apply If you are a motivated Backend Developer eager to make an impact, we would love to hear from you.
