Flutter Developer - Banking

Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Flutter Web based on business and user requirements.Work closely with UI/UX designers, Product Owners, and Backend Developers to deliver digital solutions.Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following coding standards and best practices.Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services.Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, usability, security, and overall user experience across supported browsers and devices.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.Support production deployment, application maintenance, and future enhancements.Maintain technical documentation and ensure timely delivery of application updates.Keep up to date with Flutter, Dart, and modern web development technologies.Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of software development experience.Strong proficiency in Flutter Web and Dart.Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs / backend services.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.Good understanding of application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Candidates with banking / financial services project experience will be an added advantage.
