Senior Project Manager | Client-Side | Brisbane Large-Scale Retail & Shopping Centre Projects I’m currently partnering with a leading property and investment group that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. This is a genuine client-side opportunity working across a portfolio of large-scale shopping centre and retail projects, with responsibility across the full project lifecycle from early feasibility, planning and approvals through to design, procurement, construction and final delivery. We’re looking to speak with Senior Project Managers who have: • Strong experience delivering large-scale retail or shopping centre projects valued at $150m+ • Proven experience across client-side, project management consultancy or head contractor environments • Strong understanding of design management, procurement, approvals and construction delivery • Experience managing complex project teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders • Strong commercial acumen and project governance capability • A proven track record managing high-value projects from inception through to completion • The ability to operate autonomously while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders across the business This is an opportunity to join an established property business with a significant national development and capital investment pipeline, working on major projects across some of Queensland’s most significant retail assets.
