Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our banking technology team. This role requires a highly technical, hands‑on engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD tools, infrastructure maintenance, and security patching. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and compliance of our DevOps ecosystem across both modern pipelines and traditional server environments. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Tool Management : Administer, upgrade, and maintain DevOps CI/CD tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Artifactory.Vulnerability Patching : Perform regular security patching and upgrades on CI/CD tools, VMs, and servers to ensure compliance with banking security standards.Infrastructure Maintenance : Manage and maintain traditional Linux and Windows servers, databases, and networking components.System Administration : Configure and troubleshoot Apache, SSL certificates, and related middleware to support secure banking applications.Performance & Reliability : Monitor system health, optimize pipelines, and ensure high availability of DevOps environments.Collaboration & Support : Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD workflows and resolve technical issues. Prerequisites 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with strong hands‑on expertise.Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory.Strong background in Linux/Windows administration, databases, networking, Apache, SSL.Proven experience in tool upgrades, vulnerability patching, and server maintenance.Familiarity with banking/financial services environments and compliance requirements.Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
