Summary We are looking for a Senior AI Azure DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize cloud infrastructure, automated delivery pipelines, and MLOps/LLMOps workflows on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will take technical ownership of enterprise CI/CD automation while scaling AI-powered applications and integrating AI productivity tools into the software delivery lifecycle. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure high availability, security, and velocity across our Azure ecosystem. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional Experience 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering with a primary focus on Microsoft AzureProven experience architecting and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub ActionsHands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templatesDemonstrated experience operationalizing and deploying AI/ML workloads, Azure OpenAI Services, or LLM applications (MLOps/LLMOps)Solid background in container orchestration using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for software services and AI modelsProvision and maintain secure, compliant Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices to automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI models and Azure OpenAI workloadsIntegrate AI-assisted developer tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and automated security checks (DevSecOps) into development pipelinesManage containerized deployments using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring high availability and optimal resource utilizationEstablish robust logging, telemetry, and alerting architectures using Azure Monitor and Application InsightsCollaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to streamline release workflows and drive cost-optimization strategies Required Technical Skills Strong experience in several of the following areas: Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure (AKS, Azure Functions, Azure App Services), Azure DevOps, GitHub ActionsInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure Resource ManagerAI & MLOps Integration: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning, MLOps/LLMOps pipeline automation, model servingContainers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), HelmDevSecOps & Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure Key Vault, SonarQube, security scanning tools Nice to Have Experience managing infrastructure for vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant) or RAG pipeline deploymentOfficial Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert AZ-400, Azure Solutions Architect AZ-305, or Azure AI Engineer AI-102)Exposure to agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) or AI-driven infrastructure automation Soft Skills Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)High level of technical ownership, self-direction, and proactive problem-solvingExcellent communication skills to bridge technical discussions between software, data, and business teamsStrong analytical mindset with a commitment to security, reliability, and continuous improvement At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
