Role Description This is a full-time, Lalitpur based job, A motivated and detail oriented Flutter Developer with minimum 1 year of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile application development and hands-on experience with Flutter. You will work closely with developers, QA, designers, and project managers to develop, test, maintain, and improve mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principlesSkills in Software Development and Programming for building robust applicationsExperience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development for API integration and data handlingKnowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for structuring scalable, maintainable codeExperience with Flutter and Dart for mobile application developmentUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and JSON for connecting front-end and back-end servicesAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in PokharaBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKey Responsibilities • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. • Build responsive, user-friendly, and reliable mobile interfaces. • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices. • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers. • Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and project managers to deliver project requirements. • Perform application testing and assist in identifying and resolving bugs. • Support application performance optimization and improvements. • Use Git for version control and follow established development workflows. • Stay updated with relevant mobile development technologies and best practices. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in mobile application development. • Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. • Hands-on experience with Flutter through professional, academic, internship, or personal projects. • Basic understanding of mobile application architecture and development concepts. • Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON. • Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems. • Understanding of responsive mobile UI/UX principles. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively with senior developers. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree completed. • Experience working with Android Studio and Xcode. • Experience publishing or preparing applications for the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. • Familiarity with mobile application testing and debugging tools. • Basic understanding of CI/CD and mobile application deployment. Nice to have • Familiar with Java and Kotlin is preferred. • Familiarity with Laravel, .NET, and Angular is an added advantage.
