What You Need To Have To Be Considered Possess extensive hands on expertise in infrastructure as code development with terraform including authoring advanced modules managing state and orchestrating complex multi tier environments in hybrid setupsDemonstrate deep understanding of payer domain processes such as claims adjudication member enrollment and billing operations and apply this knowledge when designing infrastructure that supports secure and compliant data flowsBring strong experience with source control tools build systems and pipeline orchestration platforms enabling robust integration of terraform workflows into automated deployment processes for application and infrastructure changesExhibit solid grasp of networking security and identity concepts including subnets routing firewalls role based access and secret management to ensure that all terraform defined resources adhere to enterprise and regulatory controlsShow proven capability in troubleshooting infrastructure issues across cloud and on premise environments using logs metrics and traces to quickly isolate problems and implement durable fixes within infrastructure as code baselinesDemonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills when working in a hybrid model engaging with distributed teams stakeholders and business partners to clarify requirements and explain complex infrastructure solutions in accessible termsDisplay familiarity with modern container platforms orchestration tools and related ecosystem components so that terraform and supporting automation can efficiently provision and manage platforms hosting critical payer applications Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 10/23/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $68K – 140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
