In this dynamic role, you'll take on key responsibilities that drive our mission forward, including: The Software Developer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for partnering directly with business stakeholders to assess needs, identify opportunities, and recommend appropriate technology solutions and services. This role evaluates off-the-shelf platforms versus custom-developed solutions, guiding decision-making on the most effective and scalable approach In addition to software development, some solutions will involve deploying and maintaining PowerBI dashboards for the business unit. Software development: Collaborate and coordinate with business representatives and the IT architect team to understand and contribute to the definition of the needs. Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript Build data pipelines and support analytics or machine learning workloads under established standards.Apply secure coding practices when integrating AI services, APIs, and data sources in enterprise environments.Maintain and improve existing toolsPowerBI: Act as the primary owner of Power BI development across functionsDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholdersEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports Are you THE person we are looking for? Experience with PowerBI, including dashboard development and solid knowledge of SQL database. Frontend development experience, e.g., HTML, React, and JavaScript with a good understanding of backend technologies, e.g., Node.js, Python.
