This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Développeur(se) Fullstack Next.js (orienté Front) based in Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve multiple SaaS products in a fast-moving, AI-first technology environment. You’ll work primarily on rich, high-quality front-end experiences while remaining comfortable with the application back end. Your work will directly reach real users and contribute to measurable product and business outcomes. You may move between products over time, giving you exposure to different challenges, users, and SaaS business models. The role combines modern technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn with AI-assisted development. You’ll work in small, autonomous product teams where collaboration, ownership, and rapid delivery are highly valued. Accountabilities Design and develop rich, responsive, and intuitive interfaces for SaaS products, including components, pages, interactions, and complex application states. Focus strongly on user experience, UI quality, responsiveness, and perceived front-end performance. Develop and maintain application-side back-end functionality within Next.js when required, including Server Actions, API Routes, data access, authentication, and third-party integrations. Handle more complex business logic when needed, including credit management, job pooling, API timeouts, asynchronous processes, and other application workflows. Use AI throughout the development lifecycle, including product and technical design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and iteration. Deliver complete, tested, production-ready features within agreed timelines while maintaining a strong focus on user and business outcomes. Understand the purpose behind each feature, including user needs, product objectives, and expected business impact. Contribute to product roadmaps and proactively suggest technical or product tradeoffs that can accelerate delivery without compromising meaningful quality. Identify opportunities for improvement beyond assigned tasks and contribute ideas that can strengthen the product and user experience. Collaborate effectively with product and technical stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Adapt to different SaaS products and priorities as business needs evolve, bringing your expertise to the product where it can have the greatest impact. Contribute to technical discussions, development practices, and continuous improvement across the broader engineering organization. Requirements 5–10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong front-end focus. Solid professional experience working in SaaS environments, ideally within a startup, venture studio, product studio, or similarly fast-paced organization. Strong command of React and Next.js, including component architecture, state management, rendering strategies, performance optimization, and modern front-end development practices. Strong TypeScript skills and practical experience with Tailwind CSS and shadcn. Excellent attention to UI and UX details, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve visual, interaction, and usability issues. Comfortable working with application back-end functionality integrated into Next.js, including Server Actions, API Routes, authentication, data access, and third-party integrations. Ability to reason through more complex business logic and technical challenges when application requirements become less straightforward. Good understanding of modern meta-frameworks, with Next.js expertise particularly valuable; familiarity with technologies such as TanStack Start or Nuxt is an advantage. Strong experience using AI as a core development tool, including coding agents, code generation, AI-assisted testing, debugging, and code review. Ability to use AI effectively to increase development speed while remaining accountable for the quality, correctness, and usability of the final product. Strong product and business mindset, with an understanding that engineering decisions should ultimately serve users and measurable product outcomes. Ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs between perfection and speed, knowing when a solution is sufficiently robust to ship. Curiosity and a habit of understanding the "why" behind a requirement before deciding how to implement it. High degree of autonomy and adaptability, particularly when joining or switching between different products. Strong ownership and willingness to contribute beyond pure task execution. Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills. Fluent French is required as the primary working language. English proficiency at B2 level or above is required, as English is the secondary working language and is assessed during the recruitment process.
