Position: Senior Java Developer Location: Toronto, On – Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join a team responsible for building and maintaining core frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Core Java, particularly in multithreading, concurrency, and event-driven architectures, along with strong experience in Spring Framework and Spring Boot. This role requires a developer who can design highly scalable, high-performance applications and work extensively with low-level Java concepts to support enterprise. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reusable Java-based frameworks and componentsDevelop high-performance, scalable, and resilient applications using Core Java and Spring technologies.Implement and manage complex multithreaded solutions, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrent processing models.Build and support event-driven architectures for real-time data processing and messaging systems.Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and thread management in distributed environments.Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to define technical solutions and best practices.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software design principles.Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to concurrency, performance, and scalability.
