DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) – Cloud & Platform Engineering 📍 Osnabrück, Germany | Hybrid (2 days on-site) 💼 Permanent | Full-time 💰 €50,000–€62,000 gross p.a. + on-call allowance 🇩🇪 German: B2 minimum We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a growing Cloud / Platform Engineering team supporting modern, multi-cloud environments. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys automation, cloud infrastructure, container platforms and improving the reliability and efficiency of development and production environments. Tasks What You'll Do Automate provisioning of Azure, AWS and public cloud environments using Terraform (IaC)Operate and enhance Kubernetes-based container platforms, particularly OKD/OpenShift and DockerManage and optimise multi-cloud environments for availability, performance, scalability and securityPlan and execute deployments, updates and releases with minimal downtimeAnalyse and resolve performance and infrastructure issues across cloud platformsDevelop standards for automation, monitoring and secure operationsDocument cloud landscapes, deployments and operational processesParticipate in an on-call rotation after an appropriate onboarding period Requirements What You Bring: At least 3 years of professional DevOps / Cloud experienceHands-on experience with Azure, AWS or another public cloud platformStrong experience with Kubernetes and OKD/OpenShiftExperience with Docker/containerised environmentsSolid Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experienceGood knowledge of Git, CI/CD and modern deployment/release processesGerman at B2 level or aboveWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation Benefits What You'll Get: 28 days annual leave + 2 additional company daysFlexible working arrangements40-hour working weekStructured onboarding and development opportunitiesA collaborative, agile and self-organised engineering environmentOpportunities to work with modern cloud, containerisation and automation technologiesEmployee benefits including fitness support and family-oriented benefits The Team You'll join a Managed Services / Cloud & Platform Engineering team.
