Founded by engineers Anna Muñoz Farré and Jack Eckersley, we are building an AI-powered platform that helps detect cognitive change earlier, personalise care and provide continuous support to patients, families and healthcare professionals. Our products include: PuntoTest, a speech-based digital biomarker for the early detection and monitoring of cognitive change.PuntoCare, an AI-powered platform that supports patients, carers and clinicians through personalised guidance, cognitive health activities and continuous insights.Our products are co-designed with clinicians, patients and families. We work closely with leading healthcare and research organisations across Spain and the UK, including NHS services and the Alzheimer’s Society. Following our recent seed round, we are expanding our team and scaling our technology across the UK and Spain. The opportunity We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer with strong Flutter experience to help build and scale our applications across iOS and Android. You’ll work closely with our product, design, clinical and engineering teams to take features from idea through implementation, testing and release. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building polished, reliable products and wants real ownership in a small, fast-moving team. What you'll do Build and ship features across our Flutter applications.Work closely with product and design to turn user needs and designs into high-quality mobile experiences.Write clean, maintainable and well-tested Dart code.Contribute to architecture, code reviews and technical decision-making.Integrate APIs, Firebase services and third-party tools.Help improve app performance, reliability and release processes.Support releases across the App Store and Google Play.Contribute to products used by patients, carers and healthcare professionals.What you bring 2+ years of professional experience building and shipping Flutter applications.Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter, including state management, navigation and reusable component architecture.Experience building production mobile apps for iOS and Android.Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase or similar backend services.A track record of writing clean, maintainable and tested code.Good product sense and attention to detail when implementing UI.Experience working closely with product and design teams.Comfortable taking ownership of features from development through release.Strong written and spoken English.Nice to have Experience with app performance, analytics, notifications or offline functionality.Experience with CI/CD and mobile release pipelines.Experience with healthcare, accessibility or products for older adults.Experience with Python or backend development.Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot or Claude Code.Why join us Build products with a meaningful, measurable impact on people living with dementia and other cognitive challenges.Work on clinically backed technology already used by patients, carers and healthcare professionals.Join a small team where you’ll have real ownership and influence over what gets built.Work closely with engineers, product leaders, clinicians and researchers across London and Barcelona.Interview process Intro call — a short conversation to learn more about you, your experience and what you’re looking for.Technical interview — discussion of your Flutter experience, previous work and engineering approach.Practical exercise — a small, role-relevant task followed by a discussion of your approach.Final conversation — meet more of the team, ask any remaining questions and make sure there’s a strong fit on both sides.
