Job Description Build complex, highly scalable technical solutions in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Lead/Product ManagerDefine architectural decisions and ensure the delivery of reliable, state-of-the-art productsLead and mentor a world-class engineering team, collaborating with Product Managers, QAs, and Designers to ship new components and featuresChampion best practices in agentic engineering, efficiently leveraging modern AI toolingWork within a dynamic, international, and agile environment (SCRUM/Kanban) characterized by flat hierarchies and very short decision-making processes Qualifications 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5–6 years as a Backend DeveloperProven experience in leading or mentoring team membersExtensive experience in modern backend web development, particularly with PHP 8+ in scalable, high-load environmentsDeep expertise in frameworks like Symfony and Laravel, adhering to best practices for building scalable applicationsStrong proficiency in MySQL and RedisDeep understanding of engineering principles and software architecture, including event-driven architectureHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS, as well as managing deployment pipelines (e.g., GitLab or similar tools)Fluent written and spoken English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with Golang or exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) and related technologies is a plus Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
