If your passion for frontend development fuels your drive to make a real-world impact, consider this your pass to the captivating world of Product Development! 🚀💻 Key Responsibilities Frontend Architecture & Implementation: Architect and craft high-performance client-side code for complex web applications that is scalable, secure, modular, and testable. Establish UI design systems, component libraries, and robust state management practices. Gather visual and functional requirements, validate frontend architecture across teams, and maintain thorough technical documentation. Lead code reviews and address complex UI performance bugs and accessibility standards. UI Performance & UX Optimization: Optimize web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, load times, render performance, and memory consumption). Advocate for UX best practices, responsive web design, and WCAG accessibility standards across all frontend products. Autonomy in Complex Task Execution: Deliver high-complexity tasks independently within a defined architecture, specifically on existing engagements, ensuring consistency and alignment with project standards. Technical ownership: Execute activities within current methodology and upholding the highest quality standards. Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools. Version Control Strategy: Contribute to creating the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including tasks such as creating branches, pull requests, merges, etc. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving processes and unit tests coverage, contributing to the selection and implementation of advanced tools and technologies. Drive the adoption of advanced tools and practices that enhance product quality. Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams promoting effective communication and collaboration. Mentoring: Mentor junior team members and advocate for quality standards and good practices throughout the project lifecycle. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to skill development and process refinement. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain awareness of new testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Share findings with the team and Technical Lead/PDM, suggesting ways to leverage new insights for improved quality and efficiency. Organization Culture and Development: Contribute to the implementation of the recruitment process. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Frontend Development (4+ years) core UI skills in React and Angular: Extensive experience in building complex, high-performance UI components and web applications using React (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand) and Angular (RxJS, NgRx, Services, Directives). Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI design systems. Strong expertise in scalable frontend architectures, complex state management patterns, design system implementations, UI performance profiling/optimization, cross-browser compatibility, etc. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties). Good knowledge and experience with Design patterns, ORMs, UML. Good knowledge of REST API and serialization formats. Experience in Networking concepts, protocols, traffic generation/inspection tools. Solid experience with API testing tools e.g.: Postman, Swagger etc. Solid experience with version control tools e.g.: Git, Perforce, BitBucket etc. Experienced with CI/CD Tools e.g.: Jenkins, GitLab CI etc. Expertise with defect tracking systems (Jira, TargetProcess, Mantis, Trello). Experience with Agile/Scrum development (Scrum, Kanban). Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experienced as Software developer with proven success in requirements gathering, design, implementation, unit tests creation, code reviews and documentation. Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity. Solid demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs. Experience in analyzing requirements, identifying unit test scenarios, and developing effective test cases. Continuous improvement mindset with ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Adaptability when managing multiple priorities. Ability to lead and mentor team members. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English, with ability to explain complex technical issues clearly. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Additional Preferred Experience Professional certifications demonstrating commitment to best practices (Cloud certifications - AWS, Azure). In-depth understanding of both software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Expertise in performance and scalability testing using industry-standard tools.
