This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, figure things out, and take ownership without needing everything mapped out for them. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies when needed, and finding practical solutions when there isn't an obvious answer. We're especially interested in engineers with startup experience who are motivated by building products, solving real problems, and making an impact. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applicationsDevelop and integrate front-end and back-end featuresWork closely with the team to turn product requirements into working solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issuesWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable codeTake ownership of projects and features from development through implementationQuickly research and learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as neededIdentify problems proactively and find practical solutionsWork in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quicklyCollaborate with other team members to improve product functionality and performance Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / DeveloperExperience building and maintaining production applicationsStrong understanding of both front-end and back-end developmentAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical tasksStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsComfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out independentlyStrong English communication skillsAbility and willingness to learn new technologies quicklyStrong sense of urgency and ownership Preferred Experience Previous experience working at a startup or fast-growing companyExperience working on products from early-stage development through launchExperience working in small, lean engineering teamsExperience with modern web development frameworks and technologiesExperience working remotely with distributed teamsA track record of taking initiative beyond assigned tasks What We're Looking For We're not just looking for someone who can code.
