Tasks:
Lead a team of software engineers developing high-quality software solutions in a Linux environment using C++.Drive technical decision-making, define software architecture, and ensure application quality, scalability, and maintainability.Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth while promoting engineering best practices and high-quality standards.Coordinate development activities and collaborate closely with architects, project managers, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.Oversee project delivery, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development.At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or a similar leadership role.Strong expertise in modern C++ development.Hands-on experience with Linux environments, including debugging, performance analysis, and development tools.Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing software engineering teams.Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), and the software development lifecycle.Experience working with Git and Agile methodologies, including Jira.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.Availability to work from the Kraków office 5 days per week.
