Description

🚗 LUXOFT is a global IT services provider. We’re looking for a Python Backend Engineer to join a long-term automotive AI project, helping transform an in-vehicle voice assistant into an intelligent, AI-powered companion. 📍 Hybrid: 1–2 days per week from the office, but the schedule is flexible and can be less depending on the team/project setup. 📍Contract: 2 year contract with Luxoft with the possibility of extension 📍Locations: Munich and Ingolstadt 🔧 What you’ll work on Build and maintain FastAPI microservices for LLM calls, tool use and agentic workflowsDevelop Kafka producers & consumers for real-time voice sessions, telemetry and AI eventsIntegrate Azure OpenAI using LiteLLM, including prompt versioning and A/B routingWork with LangChain / LangGraph for LLM orchestrationWrite unit, integration and contract tests using pytest & PactContainerise and deploy services with Docker & Kubernetes / AKSContribute to Helm & Terraform configurationsMonitor and troubleshoot production services using Azure Monitor / Application Insights 🎯 What we’re looking for 3+ years of professional Python developmentExperience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django) for REST API design.Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or LiteLLMHands-on experience with Apache Kafka — producers/consumers and delivery semanticsKnowledge of Docker & KubernetesEnglish B2+
