Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with React with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in core Java technologies, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and modern development frameworks. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Calgary, Alberta is CAD $90k - CAD$100k/year & benefits (see below). Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience across both backend and frontend technologies and be passionate about building high-quality, performant applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java and React.Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.Participate in application architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
