About the role... We are currently seeking an Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad. What you will do... Administering and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments (including subscriptions, identities, resource management, automation of processes and tasks).Monitoring and reporting on resource utilization and consumption related to the Cloud.Preparing, updating and maintaining reports and workflows.Preparing, updating and maintaining policies, guidelines and SOPs.Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects.Providing 2nd line support to Frontex application development teams in regards of Cloud Services and coordinating with 3rd line of support. Technical Skills required... BSc's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field.Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud.Experience in building a range of Cloud services including compute, storage, networkExcellent scripting skills and programming experience in the following languages: PowerShell,Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt and object orientated programming languages.Demonstrable experience of Linux administration and scripting (preferably Red Hat).Basic knowledge in administering Microsoft systems.Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques.Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance (e.g., Cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools).Experience in collaborating with multiple support groups.Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL based change management, configuration management and release management processes.Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. Certifications required.... AWS/Azure/Google Cloud certification.Equivalent alternative certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).
