Senior Frontend Developer - React vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
Take ownership of complex frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainabilityPartner with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiencesDevelop production-grade React and TypeScript code for complex financial applicationsAddress advanced frontend challenges, including state management, performance optimisation, and integration with distributed backend systemsRefactor and modernise existing codebases where requiredSupport troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in both development and production environments
Your experience/knowledge:
Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong focus on React at enterprise scaleStrong knowledge of modern frontend ecosystems, tools and frameworks, including React, Node.js and build toolingProven experience working with design systems and large shared component librariesSolid understanding of Unix/Linux environments and bash scripting, with familiarity in cloud platforms such as Microsoft AzureKnowledge of microservices architecture, containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API security standards such as OAuth2Language skills: English
