Lead Front-End Engineer (Angular)

About The Role We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our international team and contribute to the development of large-scale digital solutions. In this role, you will shape frontend architecture, build modern and accessible user experiences, and deliver secure, high-performance web applications used by thousands of users. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, DevSecOps specialists, and stakeholders to create scalable solutions using Angular and modern web technologies. Responsibilities Design and deliver modern, scalable, and maintainable frontend applicationsBuild reusable UI components and contribute to frontend architecture decisionsTransform UX/UI concepts into responsive and accessible user experiencesImplement complex client-side functionality, state management, and integrationsIntegrate authentication and authorization using industry-standard protocolsOptimize applications for performance, security, and cross-browser compatibilityDevelop automated tests and ensure high code quality standardsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processesCreate and maintain technical documentation and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment Requirements Master's degree (or equivalent qualification) aligned with EQF Level 715+ years of professional IT experience10+ years of experience in UI development, including HTML and CSS8+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript5+ years of experience with Angular (or similar frontend frameworks)5+ years of experience with TypeScript and BootstrapStrong expertise in Angular (v14+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and ES6+4+ years of experience working with XML and JSON3+ years of experience using Git and Jira; familiarity with CI/CD toolsUpper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher; French is a plus SoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
