Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities Are Responsible for supporting the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications. Work closely with business users to investigate and resolve incidents and questions (incident management). And, if needed, escalate to second line support.Responsible for daily monitoring (e.g.: jobs, batches, interfaces) of the ERP system and related applications. And, if needed, escalate issues to second line supportResponsible for handling standard service requests (service request management) for the ERP system and related applications (e.g.: user management). And, if needed, escalate to second line supportSupport the ERP Functional Engineer with the implementation of change requests and projects in the ERP system and related applicationsSupport the ERP Technical Engineer with (proactive) maintenance (e.g.: data cleaning, archiving, indexing, job monitoring, patching) of the ERP system and related applicationsIdentify limitations or problems in the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications to enable continuous improvement (change and problem management)Advise business on the best use of the ERP system and related applicationsAlign and communicate with third parties (e.g.: external IT service providers, customers and suppliers)Ensure, in close alignment with the business key-users, the quality and availability of documentation for the ERP system and related applicationsShare knowledge and experience within the global ERP team What Do We Expect From You Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum three years of experience with operational support of ERP systems, preferably InforLN.Experience in a dynamic global production environmentExperience in ERP-related business processes (e.g.: Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales and Finance)Basic technical application development and coding skillsBasic technical application management knowledge on operating systems, databases and basic networkingCustomer focused and service driven attitude to support the business users in daily operationsResult-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsYou have a proactive attitude and good communication skillsFluently English speaking and able to communicate in English with non-native English speakers.
