Our goal is to grow strong, focusing on competencies rather than numbers.The Project and the Role DescriptionAt Nexer Czech Republic, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join an international team delivering business-critical IT solutions for global logistics and freight-forwarding operations.As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, consolidating, and transforming business requirements into clear requirements, user stories, and epics for development teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.In addition, you will help shape best practices in requirements management, mentor junior colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across projects.TasksGather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and epics.Support project initiation activities, including effort estimation and solution definition.Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders.Own and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Manage and maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.Monitor scope changes and assess their impact on project delivery.Support risk, dependency, and issue management.Contribute to data model design and solution definition.Support UX/UI discussions and prepare low-fidelity wireframes when required.Promote efficient use of AI tools and agents in day-to-day work.Coach and mentor junior consultants.Contribute to internal trainings and consulting best practices.Required SkillsBased in CzechiaAdvanced spoken and written EN communications skills (level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)/C1 (Advanced))University degree in any field (preferred is computer science or business administration) Strong experience with MS Office usage (especially DOC, XLS, PPT, MPP) Practical experience & knowledge of Agile project management (SCRUM method)Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageStrong negotiating skills & emotional intelligence Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to understand and cooperate on UX/UI; ability to prepare at minimum low fidelity wireframes for parts of UI.Skills to use AI tools and agents to work in a more efficient wayWhy Should You Choose Us?Exciting projects in multinational and inspiring environmentsOpportunity to work with internationally recognized brands and transformation programsBecome part of a team of motivated professionals who are here to stayWe value loyalty and support your professional growthRespect for your private life, with no expectation of overtime or weekend workOnline and offline events across Europe and beyond, connecting colleagues from different countriesAssignment DetailsEmployment type: employment contract100% allocationRemote work with occasional travel as requiredLocation: CzechiaSalary: 70-80.000 Kč/monthSubmit your application online in one easy step.
