Job DescriptionManaging the full recruitment lifecycle — from offer and contractual agreements to onboarding, ensuring compliance with local legislation, including expatriate hiring processes. Leading all internal and external recruitment activities, including internal mobility initiatives. Partnering with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent with the right skills and capabilities. Owning and managing your hiring pipeline end-to-end, delivering on targets and timelines across both volume and niche roles. Developing a deep understanding of the business, stakeholder needs, and key talent markets to proactively advise on hiring decisions. Translating business needs into compelling job descriptions and clearly defined candidate profiles, providing actionable market insights to guide decision-making. Maintaining the ATS system, ensuring data accuracy, process excellence, and high-quality job advertisements that protect and enhance our employer brand.
