Strong experience in Incident, Change, and Configuration Management (ITIL)Experience in Lifecycle management, risk management, and documentationHands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments (including shell scripting)Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platformsRunning containerized microservicesRunning Java components in virtualized environmentStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines using YAML, Ansible, Git)Knowledge of Ansible is mustExperience with monitoring and observability tools: ELK, Grafana, PrometheusExperience with Oracle or other relational databasesExperience with Kafka topics usageExperience or strong interest in Payments domainFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum way of workingWillingness to be part of an on-call rotation (24/7 service availability)
