FULL STACK PRODUCT ENGINEER £70,000 – £110,000 London | Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site Node.js / TypeScript / Reactdaniel.massey@searchability.com THE ROLE An early-stage, venture-backed AI SaaS business is hiring a product-minded Full Stack Engineer to build customer-facing functionality from the ground up. This is a genuine early-stage product environment — you'll work directly with the founders, commercial team and customers, taking features from an initial idea through to something live in production. You won't just be handed tickets; you'll help decide what gets built, how it works, and how the product evolves off the back of real customer feedback. Ideal for someone who wants far more ownership than they'd get inside a larger engineering org. ABOUT THE CLIENT A venture-backed AI software company building an AI-native platform that transforms how B2B businesses build, manage and grow commercial partnerships — helping them identify relevant partners, make introductions, keep relationships active and manage the full partnership lifecycle through to attribution and payment. Fresh off a $1.6m pre-seed raise led by a specialist technology investor alongside established early-stage VC backing, with the capital going heavily into product development and expanding the core AI platform. Still early enough that individual engineers make a real impact.
