About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our Remote Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Oxa Hub, the core cloud platform that supports our autonomous vehicle fleet management system. You will work on building scalable, robust, and user-friendly web applications that facilitate the operation and monitoring of autonomous vehicles in industrial settings. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and safety of logistics operations at some of the world's most critical infrastructure sites. You will have ownership of features from conception to deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the technical strategy of our platform. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience in developing full stack web applications from concept to production launch.Strong expertise in web development frameworks and languages, especially TypeScript, Node.js, and React.Experience designing ergonomic APIs and building scalable back-end services.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences.Experience mentoring engineers and fostering best practices within a team environment.Proficiency with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data interfaces such as dashboards or monitoring tools.Familiarity with robotics, autonomous systems, or hardware-driven environments is a plus.Experience with Python for building web services and APIs is desirable.
