Software Developer - Hybrid, Old Street/Shoreditch - Salary up to £85,000 base + bonus + 28 days' holiday (as well as bank holidays) + other benefits.
You’ll join a design-led company working on some of the most ambitious homes/building being created around the world.
From Skyscrapers in London to super prime residential properties in the Bahamas.
They bring architecture, interiors, engineering, technology and making together in one place, so you could be surrounded by everything from custom lighting and furniture to interactive technology and completely one-off technical ideas.
You’ll get to build client portals, project tools, dashboards, automations and AI-powered applications that are used by the people around you every day.
You’ll be trusted to understand a problem, come up with the best solution and turn it into something real.
With plenty of freedom over how things look, how they work and what technology you use to build them.
This is a true tech agnositc role.
They actively encourage AI-assisted development, but still want someone who understands good engineering and knows when something needs more thought around architecture, security, data or reliability.
The stack is flexible, but experience around React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, databases, APIs or cloud would all be useful.
You’ll probably enjoy this role if you sit somewhere between engineering, design and creative technology.
Maybe you’ve built polished web products, internal tools or lightweight SaaS applications.
Maybe you’ve also played around with TouchDesigner, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, computer vision, real-time graphics or interactive technology.
Experience with AI, LLMs or agentic workflows would be a big plus too.
More than anything, you’ll need good visual taste, strong technical judgement and the ability to take a loose idea and turn it into something people actually want to use.
Experience within design, architecture, engineering, construction or another project-based environment would also be useful but in no way essential.
